Day Of Coordination

This basic package is for the couple who has a handle on all the details but wants a wedding coordinator on the big day to make sure all the planning comes to life!

This package includes:

Day of event timeline creation

One coordinator (up to 10 hours) for wedding day assistance

10 hours of in-person planning pre-wedding

Final vendor confirmations

Unlimited email and phone correspondence

Management of all vendor arrivals and set-up

Set up personal belongings such as guest books, favors, and other decor

Oversight of all timeline items ceremony through reception

Distribution of all final vendor payments (if applicable)

Retrieval of all personal belongings after the event

Partial Planning and Coordination

This package is for the couple who wants to do most of the wedding planning themselves but wants a local resource to help along the way!

This package includes:

Includes everything included in the Day Of Coordination package

Ceremony rehearsal coordination

Attendance of up to 3 site visits or vendor appointments (3 hours total)

Wedding consultant offering unlimited advice, guidance, and planning assistance to help couples through the planning process as a resource (client is still responsible for all vendor communication)

Final preparation – combining your planning with ours and creating the final package complete with all the details!

Full-Service Planning

For complete peace of mind, choose this comprehensive wedding planning package for planning from “I said yes!” to “I do.”

This package includes:

Includes everything from the Day Of Coordination package

Assistance in venue and vendor selection and management to include unlimited vendor meetings as needed

Budget preparation and tracking

Contract negotiation and vendor payment reminders

Maintain ongoing vendor communication

Vision creation and design – includes help with the little details that make a big impact!

Assistant Coordinator included as needed

Custom Packages

If you need help planning but none of the packages above are right for you, we can create a custom package, including:

  • Non-wedding events such as bridal and baby showers, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, golf outings, and much more!
  • Someone looking for local vendor recommendations but can take care of the rest
  • Basic consulting helps to answer any questions that come up during planning
  • Proposal planning
  • Any planning needs that don’t fit in the above packages

A La Carte

Add on additional planning services, including:

  • Additional hours: $100/hour
  • Decorating only (based on 4 hours of set up and tear down): $750
  • Additional assistance (based on 4 hours): $300
